On Saturday Morning.
On Saturday Morning
On Saturday morning me and Mrs Paraha went to see mine, Rawiri and Joeche’s awa Te Raparapa because we are learning about rivers.
First Mrs Paraha came to pick me up from my house to take me to find our awa.
Next after she picked me up, we went to pick Joeche up from Routley Street. When we got to Joeche’s driveway I saw him and his Mum walking down their own driveway.
He jumped in the car and we drove off to Orakau Road.
On the way when we were driving on Orakau Road we stopped and picked up Rawiri. He was standing with his Mum at the bottom of his driveway. Our uncle lived there. His name is Pouri. Then we made a video about Te Raparapa River. The video showed where the source of Raparapa was. It also showed where the mouth was.
I enjoyed my trip because we learnt heaps about our own awa.
